Yea i heard that on the radio this morning. There’s two schools of thought……1) lower the age hope everyone becomes responsable like europeans
2) the age gets lowered, and all h-e-double-hockey-sticks breaks loss and half the american population gets wiped out by massive car accidents and alcohol poisoning lol

LOL…well, the first train of thought is one that has been argued for decades (especially by those between 18 and 21…haha) and does make some sense but the second one is crazy. I mean why aren’t we experimenters? I mean just try it out for a few years. If terrible things happen then go back. Jeez, it’s like people believe once you set something a certain way it can’t be undone. People are stupd.
