		<description>Dunno when the cap will be official, but according to the article it said if you need more bandwith you&#039;ll have to switch to a business plan.  Not sure how their pricing structure will work for that though.</description>

		<description>Ouch!...I actually don&#039;t download prOn anymore, thank you very much...neway, do you know when they actually said this goes into place. I mean, I know the article says that this has been in effect for some time just without an actual number (thank you goes out to the FCC for making them define one). Also, have you heard anything like i read a while back about them letting you have a few extra GB/month for an extra fee? Like I read $15 for 10GB or something...Just wondering. I think that would be nice too. I can definitely live with 250GB for a while though.</description>
